Once you have finished registering and have had your interview and your certifications reviewed, you will be sent a download link to the Volunteer version of the the Entiendo App. From there you can do a variety of things: check your weekly hours, check billable hours if you have that sort of certification, check the basic information about your previous calls, etc. Below you can see a demo of what the app will look like with an example of what getting a request would be like.
